Functie: Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

• Schrijven van SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) voor AP i.v.m transitie van financiële taken van Duitsland naar SSC in Nederland
• Crediteuren administratie van 2 Duitse en 3 Engelse entiteiten

Ik ben 11 maanden werkzaam geweest bij KAO. De eerste 1,5 maand van deze opdracht was ik werkzaam in Duitsland om daar mee te kijken het vaste personeel daar wat per 01.04.2018 uitdienst is gegaan. Wij hebben het werk als het ware opgepakt in Duitsland, meegenomen naar Nederland en in 11 maanden zijn de processen verbeterd, nieuwe systemen geïmplementeerd en kan het FSSC te Amersfoort werk leveren op het zelfde niveau als het lokale team in Duitsland deed maar met minder FTE zoals vanaf dag 1 ook de bedoeling was.

Jerrel Wolfgang has been an exceptionally valuable member of our AP team in the 11 months he worked for Kao Business Services B.V. Initially hired to assist with the work-shadowing and transition from a decentralized accounting structure into a centralized shared service organization in a specific role, his ability and will to adapt to a changing environment has led to his taking over a different task as the need arose with little to no training and he has excelled in this position ever since. Jerrel was always the first to offer assistance and extra work hours during stressful times and could always be counted on delivering excellent and flawless results. His calm and even-tempered demeanor has greatly aided in helping our team navigate through the early struggles of the transition process. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Jerrel for his tireless efforts in assuring that our transition process has become a success. We are sad to see him leave and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
